Red Dress Front

The beautiful winter gown Braeden Vanderbilt gives Serafina in SERAFINA AND THE BLACK CLOAK. I described my design for the dress in great detail to my wife Jennifer and she made it in our kitchen. I think it’s gorgeous. It has just the right Victorian gothic feel to it. It goes perfectly with the book. The gown is made from pure silk taffeta, black satin, and a fine silk red-and-black brocade from England.
